Jesus Christ is God of Israel!

Dear Readers, in this article we will show you on the basis of just a few testimonies of the Word of God, which undoubtedly testify that the Lord Jesus is the God of Abraham and Jacob.

Testimonies that no opponent of God the Savior – the Lord Jesus – is able to refute!

So let’s start for the glory of the Lord Jesus:

“And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things says the Son of God, who has his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;

And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searches the kidneys and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.” Revelation 2:18-23 KJV

Christ, the Son of God, testifies that He searches the kidneys and hearts and gives everyone according to their deeds.

Thus says the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
I the LORD search the heart, I try the kidneys, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.”  Jeremiah 17:5-10 KJV

What a great testimony of the God of Israel in the Old Testament!

Exactly what the Lord Jesus testifies to Israelis too!

Word for word!

Dear, how many FALSE teachers have appeared, who deceive that the Lord Jesus is not God because he never said directly: “I am God.”

But think about what STUPID argument is because Jesus, why should He say that He is God if He SPEAKED AS GOD OF ISRAEL !!!!

Can anyone, except God’s Abraham, testify to that?!!

Here you have an exact example, and that is why the ancient Israelis wanted to stain Him, that He was calling Himself God of Abraham!

They perfectly knew it!

And this is just one of MANY testimonies of Jesus as God!

This relationship is also given to us by the psalm:

Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the LORD; therefore I shall not slide.
Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my kidneys and my heart.
For your lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in your truth.” Psalm 26:1-3 KJV

Do you still have any doubts that the Lord Jesus just as God of Abraham searches hearts and kidneys?

And this can only be done by Almigty God!

As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.” Revelation 3:19-20 KJV

Behold, happy is the man whom God correctes: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty:
For he makes sore, and binds up: he wounds, and his hands make whole.” Job 5:17-18 KJV

“And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.” Revelation 21:3-7

You do not need to introduce Who created the world and Who will do new things in the Kingdom of God on the new earth?

But it is worth noting that God testifies that He gives drink from the source of the water of life – and it is free.

And is there anyone else who offers such a water of life?

Of course, also without charging any fees?

“Then came he to a city of Samaria, which is called Sychar, near to the parcel of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph. Now Jacob’s well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied with his journey, sat down by the well: and it was about the sixth hour. There came a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus said unto her, Give me to drink. For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat. Then said the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that you, being a Jew, asked drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. Jesus answered and said unto her, If you knewest the gift of God, and who it is that said to you, Give me to drink; you would have asked of him, and he would have given you living water. The woman saith unto him, Sir, you have nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from where then have you that living water? Ary you greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank of it himself, and his children, and his cattle? Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinks of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. The woman said unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw. Jesus said unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come here. The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, You have well said, I have no husband: For you have had five husbands; and he whom you now have is not your husband: in that said you truly.” Gospel of John 4:5-18

Does Christ have the nerve to give the same water of eternal life as God …?

If you have doubts, there is more evidence that God the Father is Christ and Christ is God the Father –  they are One or ONE GOD.

“In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
He that believeth on me, as the scripture has said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.” Gospel of John 7:37-38

Have we got more EVIDENCE from Scriptures?

Of course!

“Go and cry in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, Thus says the LORD;
[…] Has a nation changed their gods, which are yet no gods? but my people have changed their glory for that which do not profit.
Be astonished, O you heavens, at this, and be horribly afraid, be you very desolate, says the LORD.
For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.
Is Israel a servant? is he a homeborn slave? why is he spoiled?
[…] And now what have you to do in the way of Egypt, to drink the waters of Sihor? or what have you to do in the way of Assyria, to drink the waters of the river?
Thine own wickedness shall correct you, and your backslidings shall reprove you: know therefore and see that it is an evil thing and bitter, that you have forsaken the LORD your God, and that my fear is not in you, says the Lord GOD of hosts.” Jeremiah 2:2-19

…and next evidence:

Ho, every one that thirsts, come you to the waters, and he that has no money; come you, buy, and eat; yes, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
Therefore do you spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfy not? listen diligently unto me, and eat you that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.
Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.” Isaiah 55:1-3

God, through Isaiah, says to come to Him for water, which, of course, is also free – and which will gives eternal life to the soul.

This statement of God is also very important in the context that it testifies to FREE food, which, apart from water, can also be obtained from Him.

Interestingly, Jesus Christ also testifies to this:

“Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, You seek me, not because you saw the miracles, but because you did eat of the loaves, and were filled.
Labour not for the meat which perishes, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him has God the Father sealed.
[…] For the bread of God is he which comes down from heaven, and gives life unto the world.
Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread.
And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that comes to me shall never hunger; and he that believes on me shall never thirst.
But I said unto you, That you also have seen me, and believe not.
All that the Father gives me shall come to me; and him that comes to me I will in no wise cast out.
For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
And this is the Father’s will which has sent me, that of all which he has given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which sees the Son, and believes on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.” Gospel of John 6:26-40

Do I have to add something more? 🙂

Let’s go forward then…

“This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.
Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
The thief comes not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd gives his life for the sheep.
But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, sees the wolf coming, and leaves the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catches them, and scatters the sheep.
The hireling flees, because he is an hireling, and cares not for the sheep.
I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
As the Father knows me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.
And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.
Therefore do my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.
No man takes it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.” Gopel of John 10:1-18

Does the God of the Old Covenant testify that she is a shepherd too…?

Of course!

“Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches run over the wall:
The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him:
But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob; from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:
Even by the God of your father, who shall help you; and by the Almighty, who shall bless you with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb:
The blessings of your father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brothers.” Genesis 49:22-26

These two testimonies are so clear that there can not be any polemics with them!

Almighty God, stone of Israel is the shepherd!

Lord Jesus is shepherd of Israel!

Even the great man of God – David confirms that God is his shepherd:

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures: he leads me beside the still waters.
He restors my soul: he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for you are with me; your rod and your staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: you anointest my head with oil; my cup runns over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.” Psalm 23:1-6

Dear, you should no longer have any doubts that the Lord Jesus is the shepherd of whom the Old Testament also speaks.
But let us recall one more testimony from the lips of Lord Jesus himself, which is so important:

“and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.”

That Jesus’s testify of ONE shepherd is so important in the light of the Word of God!

We see that the Israelis fold has only ONE shepherd, and in a situation where the Lord Jesus is NOT God we have a very serious conflict between the God of Israel from the Old Testament and the Lord Jesus of the New Testament.

People who do NOT consider Jesus as God and are based on the testimony of the New Testament are HIPCOKRIDTS who should quickly reject the “such” Jesus so as not to offend the God of Israel, who should be their only Shepherd.

Because Jesus says that He is the ONLY ONE

Dear, here you see once again that the Lord Jesus MUST BE and He IS the God of Israel – the shepherd of Israel!

There is no other way!

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that hears my word, and believes on him that sent me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. For as the Father has life in himself; so has he given to the Son to have life in himself; And has given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man. Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me. If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true. There is another that beares witness of me; and I know that the witness which he witnesses of me is true. You sent unto John, and he bare witness unto the truth. But I receive not testimony from man: but these things I say, that ye might be saved.” Gospel of John 5:24-34

The Messiah gives testimony that God the Father does not judge anyone and that the whole judgment was passed on to Him.

I could still give dozens of verses to confirm that the Lord Jesus is a judge.

Throughout the Old Testament, the ONLY Judge is God of Abraham – God of Israel. Even The Book of Enoch testifies also that God of spirits, Almighty God is the only Judge.

In this case, once again, there is no other way to accept that … the Lord Jesus is the Judge of Israel!

Dear, there are only a few dependencies from the Word of God, which ONLY show that the Lord Jesus is God.

Please, calmly analyze these verses of God’s testimony and make your own decision:

  • Will you worship Jesus as the LEGITIMATE God, the Savior of Israel?
  • Will you BELIEVE Him and thus the God of Israel, provided by the Old Testament?

We DO believe in Jesus as our God Savior and stone of Israel for a long time and we are SURE of it!

Lord Jesus – our Lord and our God!
